Instead of featuring traditional themes of red hearts and roses this Valentine’s Day, Brooks is showing up for all who love and sharing a diverse range of LGBTQ+ runner love stories. As part of its ongoing commitment to the community, and in support of the Human Rights Campaign, the brand today is launching the Love Moves collection and social series.

Love Moves Collection (Footwear)

The limited-edition collection is set to launch today and features the Levitate StealthFit 5. The purpose of the collection is beyond the springy ride or max energy return of the footwear — the Love Moves Levitate StealthFit 5 was created in celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. In lieu of traditional reds and pinks for V-day, the design of the style features:

  • A rainbow gradient midsole and rainbow pops of color on the upper.
  • A tongue inspired by the progress flag – the familiar rainbow banner with an added chevron of colors that represents Black, Brown, and transgender communities.

Love Moves – A Social Series

In celebration of love and the launch of the Love Moves collection, Brooks asked six LGBTQ+ artist and creators to share how love moves them — by doing what they do best. Ultimately, this holiday season the brand will spotlight each creator and his/her/their content on Brooks Instagram account.

The series kicked off this week with Steph Grant, a wedding photographer who is moved to capture and share beautiful love stories of queer couples that she has seen change minds and soften hearts.

Brooks also plans to spotlight Shanee Benjamin (Artist), Noah Camp (3D Artist), Mikah Meyer (Runner and Storyteller) and Erin & Caroline (Photographers).

Making a Commitment Through Partnerships:

To supports the ongoing work of LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion, Brooks has partnered with the Human Rights Campaign, an LGBTQ+ advocacy organization that emphasizes marriage equality, in tandem with the launch of Love Moves.
