In two interesting – but unrelated – recent news items, Track Shack, the Orlando-based specialty running and walking retailer and sports marketing and management company, reported on some of its aggressive moves in early 2026.

First, the retailer officially launched its newly redesigned website, delivering a modernized, streamlined and mobile-friendly digital experience for runners, walkers and community partners.

Designed by At Design Studio – the same creative team behind the official website for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials–Marathon – the new TrackShack.com prioritizes speed, usability and accessibility across all devices. Visitors will experience simplified navigation, improved search functionality and enhanced tools that make it easy to discover events, training resources and local running communities.

“Track Shack has always been about meeting runners where they are — in our store, at our events and in the community,” explains co-owner Jon Hughes. “This new website is an extension of that mission. It’s faster, easier to navigate, designed for mobile and built with accessibility in mind, so everyone can quickly find the events, training, coaching support, and local connections that help them stay active and inspired.”

Key new features include:
• Modernized, streamlined, mobile-friendly design for a faster, more intuitive experience on any device.
• Simplified navigation to help runners quickly find events, training and resources.
• ADA-compliant site experience, including the UserWay accessibility widget.
• Dedicated
Run Club page to discover and connect with local run clubs.
• Event gift cards, making it easy to gift race experiences to friends, family or training partners.
• Revamped
event pages and regional calendar, now open for new event submissions.
• New
Coaches page, spotlighting Track Shack’s expert coaches and pace group leaders.
• Improved site search with a robust search bar to quickly find exactly what you’re looking for.

“Track Shack has an incredible legacy in the running community, so our goal was to translate that energy into a digital experience that feels modern, welcoming and easy to use,” says Michael Munoz, founder and co-owner of At Design Studio. “We focused on speed, mobile-first design, clear navigation and accessibility from the start. The result is a site that makes it easier to find events, connect with run clubs, meet Track Shack’s coaches and even give the gift of a race experience.”

In other Track Shack Events news, the comp[any recently named Suncoast Credit Union its exclusive financial services sponsor. The initiative kicked off January 17 at the Park Avenue 5K presented by AdventHealth, marking the first Track Shack event featuring Suncoast as it expands its presence in the Orlando market.

“This partnership will bring two types of health to those who live in Orlando and Central Florida,” says Alisha Martin, VP–business development at Suncoast Credit Union. “Our collaboration is meant to deliver good health and financial well-being to those who work with us, and it reflects our ongoing efforts to invest in the people and communities we proudly serve.”

Suncoast Credit Union serves members statewide and expanded its Central Florida presence beginning in 2023 with the opening of four physical branch locations in the Orlando market. Through this partnership, Suncoast will engage directly with participants at Track Shack events throughout the year delivering financial literacy programming.

“For nearly five decades, Track Shack has believed that when you invest in people, you strengthen the whole community,” adds Hughes. “Suncoast shares that same mindset. Together, we’ll create meaningful touchpoints at our events and through financial literacy programs that support Central Florida on race day and beyond.”

The multi-event, two-year sponsorship includes naming rights to the Lake Eola 5K, now officially titled the Suncoast Credit Union Lake Eola 5K, taking place Sunday, December 6, 2026, during the 50th Running of the OUC Orlando Half Marathon Weekend. Suncoast will also serve as the Presenting Sponsor of the AdventHealth Corporate 5K Team Captain’s Party and as an Official Sponsor of the Track Shack Running Series presented by AdventHealth, supporting the PR Bell that celebrates runners’ personal bests throughout the season.
