Earlier this month Fleet Feet officially named Jason Jabaut, a 20-year veteran of the running store franchisor, as president while also announcing several promotions and new hires within tech areas to build out its leadership team. As president, Jabaut will lead marketing & digital, vendor management and franchise operations.

Jabaut had been Fleet Feet’s COO since June 2021. Other roles over his 20 years at Fleet Feet include VP–digital; senior director of e-commerce; senior manager, business analyst, brand manager; GM–company stores; and franchise development manager. “Jason understands Fleet Feet from the inside out and has earned the trust of our entire organization,” says Joey Pointer, CEO of Fleet Feet. “He knows our people, our partners and what’s made this brand special for 50 years. He’s a proven leader and the right person to guide our next chapter of growth.”

“Our success has always been driven by the dedicated teams in our stores,” adds Jabaut. “As president, my focus is on deepening alignment across our teams, giving our stores the support they need and bringing the Fleet Feet experience to more customers.”

In addition, Fleet Feet’s recent hires include:
